Al Ward (President) founded the Company in Hawaii in early 1987 where he concentrated primarily on Pacific Rim companies. Ward comes from a marketing background where he developed strategies for major corporations. Following a sucessful operation in Hawaii the company was sold. Ward was required to run the operation in Hawaii until June of 1992 when he then established the company in Coeur d'Alene. Al has been a professional recruiter and employment consultant for 10 years. Most of his career has been serving Fortune 100 and 500 companies. His specialty is working with international construction and engineering companies.

Gayle Ward (Vice President) has a tremendous amount of experience in the medical industry where she specializes in Medical Sales and Hospital Administration. Gayle's background is one of counseling, which makes her extremely valuable when it comes to relocating candidates worldwide.
